My name is Caleigh and I hold the paintbrush at caleighcrafts, a one-woman home-based enterprise near Barrie, Ontario. The goal of caleighcrafts is to take ordinary wooden objects and transform them to suit your taste, personality and decor. I specialize in wall art, small furniture and home accessories for kids and grown-ups.
I've been painting gifts for family and friends for many years, but I expanded my hobby into a business in 2005 when I was a stay-at-home mom. I also dabble in woodworking and I cut my nursery letters and signs myself.
Now that I have returned to "real work" I take only a limited number of orders per month, mainly from friends and past clients. Should you choose to order from me, I will give you a time estimate before you decide if you want to embark on the process.
