The Design Process involves e-mail correspondence to discuss your ideas and preferences. I will then create 2 mock-ups for your consideration, and you may request up to 2 sets of revisions at no extra cost. Once the design has been agreed upon, you will receive a document outlining the full details of your purchase for your approval before work begins. I do reserve the right to make minor changes as necessary to suit the surface space, etc.
